If you cancel an order after you have placed the order, and the on-line order number has been generated, you are responsible for the shipping charges and 25% restocking fees.

You may be required to take digital pictures of the damages to provide proof to be sent by email, or if not available, paper photos forwarded to us at our address. ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
The shipper covers all merchandise damaged during shipment. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service department within 10 days of the date of receipt, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, DHL, FedEX and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim. If replacement for a damaged item is not possible, a store credit will be applied to your Fountain Lady account. No cash refunds will be given for damaged, defective or missing items.
After providing your information by registering on our website, you place your order on-line using the convenient order form provided. We will notify you by email that your order has been received and is being processed.
AVOID RETURN PACKAGES:
In the event a package is returned to our warehouse, due to refusal, not available after 3rd attempt or buyer providing the wrong address, buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred in addition to a 25% restocking fee. To help avoid returns, please make sure you have given us your correct address and phone number so you may be contacted if there is a problem delivering your package. Once you have been provided a tracking number, it is a good idea to keep track of your package until it reaches your door.
You will be provided an invoice number upon us processing your order. You will need this invoice number to track your order on our UPS site link. Orders going to a physical address can be tracked. If you opt to use the US Postal Service or mail to a PO Box orders cannot be tracked.Once you have been provided a tracking number, it is a good idea to keep track of your package until it reaches your door.
You are sent an email automatically to confirm your order and information when your order is placed with us . When your order is shipped we provide you an invoice number to be used in tracking your package.
We have a 15 day 100% guarantee on merchandise from the date of delivery. You must contact us to make arrangements for any returns. Never return any merchandise without notifying us first or you will void any and all return rights. We will provide instructions to you via email on how, when and where to return merchandise. All orders returned, for other than damages will be a charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping. Please check your merchandise carefully when ordering and upon receipt of order.
GROUND SHIPPING: Continental U.S. (48 States) Normal delivery time is 5-10 business days. (Shipping to a PO Box will be $12.95 minimum shipping fee.) Ground shipping price breaks at order totals of about $700.00 and about $1300.00. ALASKA & HAWAII: Delivery time 5-10 business days. This includes Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico as well as US military APOs FPOs. CANADA POST: Delivery time 1-3 weeks. Please note, this is the only shipping option for Canada at this time. Orders are processed most of the time in approximately 2 Business days of receipt and clearing of payment and should arrive in 7 Business days or less after processing. Shipping is via UPS unless going to a PO Box, then it is sent via USPS, which is not trackable by us and may require and extra few days to arrive. All items carry insurance and must be signed for.
