Delivery Guarantees.

Under no circumstance do we guarantee shipping deliveries by a certain date. All delivery times are estimated. When placing an order, please be sure to allow enough delivery time in case delivery of your shipment is delayed.

Items marked as "may require additional shipping and handling" are bulky or heavy items which cost more to ship.

Most items are shipped Federal Express, however, some  of the larger bulkier items are ship via ground shipping and normal delivery time is 5-10 business days. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Rush 2 days shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3 business days after order is processed. Over sized and extremely heavy items do not qualify for 2 -day shipping.

No International Shipping at this time.

COD (Cash on Delivery) We're sorry Fountain Lady Inc doe not offer COD shipping at this time.

RETURNS

We have a 15 day 100% guarantee on merchandise from the date of delivery. You must contact us to make arrangements for any returns. Never return any merchandise without notifying us first or you will void any and all return rights. We will send instructions to you via email on how, when and where to return merchandise to be returned, for other than damages there will be a charge of 25% restocking fee. Please check your merchandise carefully when ordering and upon receipt.

Absolutely no returns without RMN (Return Merchandise Number). To receive the RMN you must notify us by email (jody.foster14@fountainlady.com) or phone (214-597-2741).

If return is damaged merchandise, a photo must accompany the request for RMN. If return is not damaged merchandise a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from refund.

If the order qualified for free shipping or other discounted option because of total value and the return invalidates the terms for free shipping or other discounted options, the shipping cost will also be deducted from the refunded amount.
